Hypersensitive points within the muscle tissue that has become fatigued / tense /
in spasm, I.e. A focal point of tension that can cause pain, aching throughout the
muscle, or even pain to the other areas.
The trigger point may lie within or outside the actual area of pain.

- Positional release techniques
